Mimis Local DTFHub Monitor

A private desktop tool for reviewing supplier pricing emails at Mimi’s.

How it works

The reader searches the owner's authorized Gmail account for DTFHub messages. Ollama processes matching email text locally on the owner's Windows computer and creates review notes. The owner checks those notes against the original supplier information.

The reader uses read-only Gmail access. It cannot send or delete messages and does not automatically change calculator or Square prices. It does not offer public registration.

Local processing

Email content is processed by the local model, not sent to a cloud AI service by this reader. See the privacy notice for data access, storage and removal details.
